A Few People From Along the Way
Some kids at a quesera a little outside of Salinas.
This pig looks pretty happy to be eaten! I guess the way the pigs are cooked in Cuenca is super tasty. I didn't find out. I like my pigs smart and alive.
Not sure what to say about this. I saw Barney a lot on this weekend.
Hot dog guy!
Caged baby! Mwahahaha.
Lady with flowers from her yard for her mothers grave on Dias de los Muertos. She was sweet.
Lady in the meat section of a market in Cuenca.
This guy was enjoying a coca cola outside my friends show one Saturday in Quito, smiling at all the metal kids drinking beer in the street.
This was on Dias de los Muertos in Cuenca. These kids were rocking, er selling, the MJ DVD's!!!
Cotton Candy! Shoot.
A darling gentleman at Mitad del Mundo, or the Middle of the World.
This was in Cuenca at some of the fiestas. This was the fiesta with the exploding cow, or vaca loca.
A cute old man who has lived around Cuenca for his whole life. He was a bit skeptical of me taking his picture, he said that if he was wearing his good suit and sombrero he would feel better with me taking his photo. In the end he let me, and look at how cute he is!
I ran into this guy in Cuena. I don't think i need to say anything here! The hair speaks for itself.
These kids are from Salinas, a small mountain town with a community cheese production, and they asked me to take this picture. They are cute.
I met this hippie on Friday night. He gave me a hippie bracelet and tied it three times, signifying three wishes I should make, and he would make three wishes for me too. One wish for material, one for spiritual, and one for love. I was drunk, and forgot to make any wishes because I was too preoccupied with getting his pictures. Oh, i love me some hippies.
